1. What are your prices?
Our prices may change due to changes in raw material costs, exchange rates and other market factors. After you contact us for more information, we will send you an updated price list.
2. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, for all international orders, we insist on a minimum order quantity of 1 20-foot container per product type. If you are considering a smaller order, we are willing to negotiate with you.
3. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Of course, we are able to provide a wide range of documents, such as bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, CE or FDA certification, insurance, certificate of origin and other necessary export documents.
4. What is the average lead time?
The usual delivery time for standard products (20-foot container quantity) is about 30 days, while mass production (40-foot container quantity) requires 30-45 days of delivery time after receiving the deposit. Delivery time for OEM products (special designs, lengths, thicknesses, colors, etc.) will be discussed and agreed upon accordingly.
5. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
After confirming the contract/purchase order, you can initiate payment to our bank account.
A 50% deposit is required in advance, and the remaining 50% is paid before shipment.
