1. What are your prices?
Our pricing may be adjusted based on raw material costs, exchange rates and other market effects. Upon your request, we will send you an updated price list.
2. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, the minimum order quantity for each product type is 1 20-foot container for all international orders. If you are interested in small orders, we are willing to negotiate.
3. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Of course, we can provide most documents, including bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, CE or FDA certification, insurance, certificate of origin and other required export documents.
4. What is the average lead time?
The delivery time for standard products (20-foot container quantity) is about 30 days, and the delivery time for mass production (40-foot container quantity) is 30-45 days after receiving the deposit. Delivery time for OEM products (special designs, lengths, thicknesses, colors, etc.) will be determined by negotiation.
5. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
After the contract/purchase order is confirmed, you can pay to our bank account:
50% deposit in advance and the remaining 50% balance before shipment.
