1. What are your prices?
Changes in raw material costs, exchange rates and other market factors may cause our prices to fluctuate. After contacting us, we will provide you with an updated price list.
2. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Of course, the minimum order quantity for all international orders is 1 20-foot container per product type. If you wish to place a smaller order, we are willing to negotiate.
3. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we have the ability to provide various documents, including bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, CE or FDA certification, insurance, certificate of origin and other important export documents.
4. What is the average lead time?
For regular products (20-foot container quantity), the delivery time is about 30 days, while for mass production (40-foot container quantity) the delivery time is 30-45 days after receiving the deposit. Delivery times for OEM products (special designs, lengths, thicknesses, colors, etc.) will be negotiated accordingly.
5. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
After the contract/purchase order is confirmed, you can deposit the payment into our bank account, pay 50% deposit in advance, and the remaining 50% balance will be settled before shipment.
